ADDED The City Manager recommends, in view of the information contained in the Mayor and Council Communications dated September 22, 1997 and November 17, 1997, that the appeal for release from the normal erosion hazard setback requirements be denied because of public safety concerns, and due to the potential for loss of property. However, the applicant would have the ability to pursue other options as outlined in the Mayor and Council Communication dated November 17, 1997.
