A. PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT: MAYFAIR TERRACE DISTRICT PAVING IMPROVEMENT

(1) Report from City Manager SEPT20-99-480 CITY-WIDE

(2) Resolution No. 18382. Resolution of the Mayor and Council of the City of Tucson, Arizona overruling protests and ordering the improvement known as the "Mayfair Terrace District Paving Improvement," in the City of Tucson, Arizona, and ordering the publication of a notice of the resolution ordering the work, and inviting sealed bids for making the improvement, all in accordance with the provisions of Title 48, Chapter 4, Article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, and amendments and supplements thereto.
