    (b) This is a request to rezone property located on the south side of Wyatt Drive approximately 1,200 feet north of Grant Road. Applicant: Anne Warner of Planning Resources Inc. The approved development plan is for a 30,000 square foot two-story administrative office building for Tucson Medical Center. The City Manager recommends the adoption of the ordinance presented.

    (c) Ordinance No. 9544 relating to zoning: Amending zoning district boundaries in the area located on the south side of Wyatt Drive approximately 1200 feet north of Grant Road in Case C9-00-10 TMC Healthcare, R-1 to O-3 (Ward 2).

    Twenty (20) written approvals and two (2) written protests have been received. None of the protests lie within the 150-foot protest area.

    A simple majority vote will be necessary to adopt the ordinance presented.

8. PUBLIC HEARING: REGARDING THE CITY OF TUCSON RECOMMENDED BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2002

9. PUBLIC HEARING: ZONING (C15-00-04) ESTABLISHING ORIGINAL CITY ZONING FOR THE IMATION ANNEXATION DISTRICT and extending the Watercourse Amenities, Safety and Habitat Regulations for portions of the Julian Wash
