(2) Ordinance No. 9624; relating to annexation; extending and increasing the corporate limits of the City of Tucson, Pima County, Arizona pursuant to the provisions of Title 9, Chapter 4, Arizona Revised Statutes, by annexing thereto certain portions of Section 20, T.13S., R. 14E., G.& S. R. B. & M., Pima County, Arizona, more particularly described in the body of this ordinance; and declaring an emergency.

R. B. & M., Pima County, Arizona, more particularly described in the body of this ordinance; and declaring an emergency.

(2) The City Manager recommends that the Mayor and Council approve the final plat as presented. Development Services Director recommends approval of the final plat. The applicant is advised that building/occupancy permits are subject to the availability of water/sewer capacity at the time of actual application.
D. PERSONNEL: AMENDING THE CITY EMPLOYEES VOLUNTARY DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN

(2) Resolution No. 19059 relating to personnel; amending the City of Tucson Employees Voluntary Deferred Compensation Plan by providing for implementation of new Internal Revenue Service distribution requirements; and declaring an emergency.
E. TUCSON CODE: AMENDING (CHAPTER 22) RELATING TO CITY EMPLOYEE PENSIONS, RETIREMENT AND GROUP INSURANCE

(2) Ordinance No. 9628 relating to pensions, retirement and group insurance; amending the Tucson Code Chapter 22, Pensions, Retirement and Group Insurance, Article 3, Supplement Retirement System, by adding Section 22-48, Purchase of Prior Government Service; reserving Sections 22-49 through 22-77 and declaring an emergency.
F. AGREEMENT: WITH SAINT MICHAEL'S ALL ANGEL PARISH DAY SCHOOL FOR USE OF HAROLD BELL WRIGHT NEIGHBORHOOD PARK

(2) Resolution No. 19060 relating to parks and recreation; approving and authorizing execution of a use agreement with Saint Michael's All Angel Parish Day School for their use of Harold Bell Wright Neighborhood Park; and declaring an emergency.
G. ZONING: (C9-01-20) WILLIAMS ADDITION PLANNED AREA DEVELOPMENT PLAN, PAD - 1, LOT SPLIT REQUEST

(2) The City Manager recommends that the Mayor and Council approve the requested lot splits in the Williams (Centre) Addition PAD subdivision subject to no permits for further development of lots in the Campus be issued until a resubdivision plat for the subject lots is approved and recorded.
(3) Resolution No. 19061 relating to planning and zoning; amending the Williams Addition Planned Area Development Plan; and declaring an emergency.
H. INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT: WITH PIMA COUNTY FOR TRANSPORTATION SERVICES FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES

(2) Resolution No. 19062 relating to intergovernmental agreements; approving and authorizing an intergovernmental agreement between the City of Tucson and Pima County for consolidation of administration of transportation services for persons with disabilities; and declaring an emergency.
I. INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT: WITH PIMA COUNTY FOR MASS TRANSIT SERVICE AND PARATRANSIT SERVICE TO PIMA COUNTY RESIDENTS

(2) Resolution No. 19063 relating to intergovernmental agreements; approving and authorizing an intergovernmental agreement between the City of Tucson and Pima County for the provision of paratransit service within the ADA mandated service area; and declaring an emergency.
J. PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS: BROADWAY BOULEVARD, KOLB ROAD TO PANTANO ROAD DISTRICT LIGHTING IMPROVEMENT

(2) City Engineer submits plans, specifications, cost estimates, and assessment diagrams.
(3) Resolution No. 19032. A resolution of the Mayor and Council of the City of Tucson, declaring its intention to improve by the construction of a street lighting in certain portions of Broadway Boulevard, approving assessment district diagram, determining that the proposed work or improvement is of more than local or ordinary public benefit, and determining that improvement bonds be
issued by the City of Tucson to represent the costs and expenses thereof, under the provisions of Title 48, Chapter 4, Article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes and amendments and supplements thereto, said improvement to be known as the "Broadway Boulevard, Kolb Road to Pantano Road District Lighting Improvement," all being within the City of Tucson, Arizona.
K. INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT: WITH THE STATE OF ARIZONA FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF LANDSCAPE AND ART IMPROVEMENTS AT THE INTERSECTION OF INTERSTATE 10 AND CONGRESS STREET

(2) Resolution No. 19064 relating to intergovernmental agreements; approving and authorizing execution of an intergovernmental agreement with the State of Arizona for the maintenance of landscape and art improvements at the intersection of Interstate 10 and Congress Street; and declaring an emergency.
L. FINANCE: CONTINGENCY FUND TRANSFER FOR TUCSON VILLAGE CAMPUS FOR THE AGING
(1) Report from City Manager NOV19-01-617 CITY-WIDE
(2) Resolution No. 19065 relating to finance; approving and authorizing the transfer of one thousand two hundred fifty dollars from the Contingency Fund to organization 001-183-1838-268, for Tucson Village Campus for the Aging; and declaring an emergency.
