A. FINANCE: CONTINGENCY FUND TRANSFER TO PIMA COUNCIL ON AGING

(1) Report from City Manager MAY6-02-245 CITY-WIDE

(2) Resolution No. 19194 relating to finance; approving and authorizing the transfer of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500) from the contingency fund to organization 001-183-1838-268, for Pima Council on Aging; and declaring an emergency.

This is a request by Vice Mayor West. Allocation of funds is as follows: Mayor Walkup: $500; Vice Mayor West: $500, and Council Member Scott: $500.

B. INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT: WITH PIMA COUNTY AND MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE UNITED WAY AND THE PIMA ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENTS FOR LOCAL SUPPLEMENTAL FUNDS FOR THE FY 2002 TITLE XX SOCIAL SERVICES BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM
