City Manager's Agenda Office

The City Manager's Agenda Office coordinates the scheduling of Mayor and Council Agenda items, coordinates and processes Mayor and Council Memoranda, Communications, and related legal and other documents, and prepares and maintains follow-up records for required staff action resulting from Mayor and Council meetings.

The agenda and backup material for the current meeting can be found by clicking either the M&C Study Session Agenda, M&C Regular Agenda or Special Meeting.

Historical agendas and backup material can be found by clicking M&C Past Agendas.

The Mayor and Council Minutes of the Regular Meetings are provided by the City Clerk's Office and can be found by clicking on the M&C Minutes button on the left.

The Administrative Action Report and Summary (AARS) reflects the action taken and/or direction given at the Mayor and Council meeting.

The agenda, backup material and action items for the Mayor and Council Subcommittees can be found by clicking on the button to the left.
