City Team Mission
To enhance service delivery and address issues with
the community through teams focused in designated
geographic areas.

What do City Teams Want to Accomplish?
The Mayor & City Council have made it a priority to maintain and
improve neighborhoods. We City Team members agree.

As City Team members, we are working together…and with you -
residents, businesspersons, and other stakeholders - to address
problems and make things better in your part of the community.

Building and maintaining connections, and creating
partnerships are important City Team goals. We want to
share our ideas and hear from you as we tackle projects
and deliver services. Our goal is to make efficient and
effective use of our work efforts and resources, and to
make a difference in Tucson.

Partners in a Strong Community
Through the collective work of an interdepartmental City Team the city hopes to empower citizens to assist in resolving problems within their community.

With a collaborative effort, the City Team will build and maintain connections and partnerships among community members, local businesses, and City Departments. City Team teams will serve as a coordinating body bringing together efforts and resources of multiple City agencies/departments to resolve community based issues/concerns.

Guided by community input, this team will effectively match resources to specified areas of need, increasing the accountability and efficiency of community service delivery.
