CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:
Transportation to/from Tucson International Airport upon request
Education Sessions
Admission to the Exhibit Hall
All meals, including daily refreshment breaks
Early Check-in (Sunday, 2PM - 6PM)
Hospitality - Welcome (Sunday evening)
Opening Ceremony (Monday)
Two All-Conference Special Events, dinner & transportation included (Monday/Tuesday)
Closing Banquet Dinner with Entertainment (Wednesday)
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations must be sent in writing to the Tucson City Clerk’s office.
Full refunds will be issued for cancellations received by Friday, September 12.
A $25.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from all refunds for cancellations received September 13 through September 26.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after Friday, September 26.
