Tucson Police Public Safety Personnel Retirement System Board (TPPSPRSB)
Description: To decide all questions of eligibility and service credits, and determine the amount, manner and time of payment of any benefits under the system.

Maximum Number of Members: 5
Meeting Location: 5th Floor Conference Room, City Hall, 255 W. Alameda
Meeting Time: 2009: 2nd Tuesday of each month, at 9:00 a.m.
Membership Requirements: Five members. The Mayor or designee of the Mayor with the approval of the City Council shall serve as Chairman; two members shall be elected by secret ballot by System members employed by the Tucson Police Department; and two citizens, one of whom shall be the Chairperson of the Civil Service Commission, and the other appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the City Council.
Terms: Mayor or Designee: Mayoral term; Two elected members: 4-year staggered terms, expiring June 30; Civil Service Chair: Length of term as Chair to Commission; and Citizen: 4-year staggered terms, expiring June 30.
