Description:
Ordinance 10176 - creation.
Ordinance 10315 - membership qualifications changed to include 15 members, 12 of which must either reside or work within City limits.
8 year term limit.
Maximum Number of Members: 16
Meeting Location:
Will specify on meeting notice.
Meeting Time: Meets as required.
Membership Requirements:
12 of the 15 members must either reside or work in City.
CONFLICTS OF INTEREST
Members shall sign a statement certifying that they have no financial or employment interest that would constitute a conflict of interest with their duties as a Committee member. Potential conflicts of interest will be reviewed by the City Attorney's Office.
