Description:
The Committee will function in an advisory capacity to Mayor and Council and the Department of Transportation on the roadway alignment to connect the current Barraza-Aviation Parkway at the Broadway Traffic Interchange with Sixth Street and St. Mary's Road and on lane configurations, bicycle and pedestrian amenities, and neighborhood connectivity along this alignment.

Maximum Number of Members: 15

Meeting Location:
Will specify on meeting notice.

Meeting Time: Meets as required.

Membership Requirements:
One representative from each of the following organizations:

Armory Park Neighborhood Association
Barrio Anita Neighborhood Association
Dunbar/Spring Neighborhood Association
El Presidio Neighborhood Association
Iron Horse Neighborhood Association
Pie Allen Neighborhood Association
West University Neighborhood Association
Citizen Transportation Advisory Committee
Tucson-Pima Bicycle Advisory Committee
Tucson-Pima County Historical Commission
Fourth Avenue Merchant's Association
Old Pueblo Trolley, Inc.
Tucson Downtown Alliance
Tucson/Pima Arts Council
Warehouse Arts Management Organization

The Mayor and Council shall appoint the members of the Committee. Each organization represented on the Committee may recommend appointments from their respective organizations for membership.

Per Resolution 20828, "Notwithstanding Section 10A-134(c) of the Tucson Code, members of the Committee may serve concurrently on other City committees, boards or commissions."
