  • Description:
    The CAC shall review the Alternative Alignment Report, the Environmental, Design and Mitigation Report, and the construction documents. The CAC shall prepare a report containing the Committee's opinions, requests and suggenstions concerning the project. The CAC may suggest a priority for elements of the proposed improvements, including the Commitee's priorities for allocation of mitigation resources available to the project.

    Maximum Number of Members: 15

    Meeting Location:
    Will specify on meeting notice.

    Meeting Time: Meets as required.

    Membership Requirements:
    11 members shall be appointed by the Director of Transportation.

    As provided in section 10A-137 the chariperson with the consent of a majority of the regular members fo the body may appoint up to four (4) additional nonvoting advisory members.

    All appointments shall be for four (4) year terms or through the end of construction whichever comes first. Members are eligible for reappointment, but may not serve more than a total of eight (8) continuous years.

    Nonvoting advisory members appointments shall not exceed two (2) years.
