Off-Road Violations

 

T. C. C. 11-70.1 “Operating Motor Vehicle off the roadway within ¼ mile of a structure prohibited.”  Officers must impound the vehicle by City Code. This is not a harassment technique.

Responsible Plea:

Fine $69.00, plus towing and storage fees (per day).
Report to Tucson City Court, Public Services lobby. 
Vehicles are impounded at Gary’s Towing – To obtain your vehicle, be prepared to:

  • Pay fine and fees in full.
     
  • Bring identification to court (driver license, Arizona ID)
     
  • You will be given a judgment form, upon completion of payment.
     
  • Take judgment form, cash receipt, and ID to Gary’s Towing to release your vehicle from impoundment.
