Local Ordinance Violations

If you are cited with a local ordinance violation(s), you may be required to appear in court even if you agree with your violation.

If you do not agree: Report to Tucson City Court, Public Services Lobby at your appointed court date and time.  You will be given an opportunity to present your case before a City Court Limited Special Magistrate with the officer or inspector.
