What to Bring to Court

 
  • Proper Identification (Driver license, Arizona ID)
     
  • Copy of citation.
     
  • Appearance letter or court documents.
     
  • Any receipts regarding your case – bond receipts, payment receipts, etc.
     
  • Any documents which prove compliance with judicial orders and/or sentencing.
     
  • Money or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover) to pay for fines and fees. Note: Personal checks will not be accepted for cases in default or warrant status.
     
  • Do not use any nicknames or alias; use the same spelling as listed on documents related to the case and ensure spelling listed on documents is correct; if they are not, advise the Court.
     
  • Provide the Court with your current address.
     
  • Appropriate dress is required. Shoes and shirt are required.

    • WARNING: If you fail to appear in Court as promised, you may be arrested and punished by JAIL AND/OR A FINE.
