- Court Appearance: To appear in court before a judge on your criminal citation for:
- Failure to pay fine or
- Failure to appear in court
- Check-in:
You must check in at the front counter in the Public Services lobby (103 E. Alameda). Report to the Information Desk where you will be given a number to be served by a court clerk who will research your outstanding court cases and may refer you to report to Room 115.
- You will be directed to appear before a judge.
- Please review “What to Bring to Court”.
- Be prepared to pay court fines if you have not paid your fines, if you have been found guilty of a criminal citation(s) or you
may be required to post a bond for non-appearance.
- Personal Checks will not be accepted for payment of fines in default (past due fines) or warrant (failure to pay fine)
status.
