    Refer to citation, court document, court web site,
     or call Court Information at (520) 791-4216

     

    How do I get a refund on my cash bail?

    Once authorized by a judge, refunds are mailed four to six weeks upon judgement.

     

    There is a warrant out for my arrest, what do I do?

    Appear in court, Tuesday through Friday, at the hours of 8am or 1pm to see a Judge.

     

    When am I scheduled for the Defensive Driving Program (Traffic School)? Where do I have to report for the Defensive Driving Class?

    Please refer to the envelope you received from the Police Officer for class information and location; call the school with whom you registered.

     

    How do I get a continuance for my Defensive Driving Class?

    You must appear in court at the Public Services Lobby, Room 103, 103 E. Alameda to request a “motion for extension”.  If you wish to attend out-of-state, contact National Safety Traffic Institute at (800) 726-6874.

    The school can coordinate your attendance in your state, and complete the dismissal with the Court.

     

    I went to the Defensive Driving Class, now what happens?

    When you complete the class at an Arizona Supreme Court certified school, the school notifies the court of your completion and the charge is dismissed on your record.  For further questions, call the Court at (520) 791-4216.

     

    How do I get protection from my violent spouse or partner?

    Request an “Order of Protection”. Call Court Information at (520)791-4971 or come to the Court at 103 E. Alameda, 1st floor, Room 108.  Orders are issued Monday through Friday between 8am and 4pm. After normal business hours, please call Brewster Center to file at (520) 881-7201.  Additionally, emergency orders of protection are available after normal business hours – Dial 911.

     

    Can you stop threats from my neighbor/acquaintance/coworker, etc.?

    Request an “Injunction Against Harassment” or “Workplace Harassment Order”. Call (520) 791-4971 or come to Court at 103 E. Alameda, 1st floor, Room 108, Monday through Friday between 8am and 4pm.
