Citizen Police Advisory Review Board (CPARB) - Citizen Complaint Review Form

The Board performs public review of completed Internal Affairs investigations of citizen complaints alleging Tucson Police Department (TPD) officer misconduct in order to comment on the fairness and thoroughness of the investigation. The Board does not conduct independent investigations nor does it review, comment on, or recommend disciplinary action. Additionally, the Board is unable to review complaints in which actions in the court system regarding criminal charges are pending.
