PAYMENT INFORMATION
Property owners are responsible for payment of the amount of the assessment levied due to an improvement district.
PRINCIPAL is due annually on or before December 1st and is delinquent on December 2nd. INTEREST is due semi-annually on or before December 1st and June1st and is delinquent on December 2nd and June 2nd, respectively. Statements are mailed to the last known address of the owner on record or interested party approximately one month prior to the due date. Special Improvement notices are also published in the Arizona Daily Star and Tucson Citizen in May and November.
If invoiced for a property no longer owned and you have no other interest in this property, please provide the name and address of the present owner (if known) to the Improvements Districts office at:

If payment is made by mail, it must be received by the City of Tucson prior to the delinquent dates listed above in order to avoid 5% penalty. Failure to receive the statement will not avoid penalty assessment. State law does not give the City of Tucson discretionary authority to extend the due date for payments or to waive penalties and costs. If payment is not made, other penalties and fees will be added.
