Community Design Reviews (CDRC)

The Community Design Review Committee (CDRC) is composed of City departments, public and private regulatory agencies and utility companies. CDRC reviews all subdivisions and development plans (not site plans).  Detailed information on the CDRC is available in the City of Tucson Development Standards, #1-03.0  In order to better serve our customers, effective September 1, 2007 all CDRC submittals must have an address.
