    (a) Report from City Manager APRIL17-00-230 WVI

    (b) Request to rezone property located on the southeast corner of Pima Street and Jefferson Avenue. Applicant: Mr. William Harlow, representing the owners, Harlow and Company, Inc. The development plan is for the conversion of an existing 3,233 square foot building into an administrative office related to the existing Harlow's Plant Nursery and landscaping business. Development Services reports that all conditions of rezoning have been met. The Planning Director recommends adoption of the ordinance presented. The City Manager recommends adoption of the ordinance presented.

    (c) Ordinance No. 9376 relating to zoning: Amending zoning district boundaries in the vicinity of the southeast corner of Pima Street and Jefferson Avenue in Case C9-95-28 Harlow, Inc. - Pima Street, R-2 to C-1.

    Eight (8) written approvals and zero (0) written protests were received.

    A simple majority vote of the Mayor and Council will be necessary to adopt the ordinance presented should the Mayor and Council choose to do so.

5. DEVELOPMENT: STATUS REPORT ON CIVANO AND AMENDMENT TO DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT

      Direct Staff to file the 2000 Water Meter Installation and Miscellaneous Fee Study in the City Clerk’s Office as the report supporting the proposed rate or fee changes;

      Adopt Resolution No. 18575 giving notice of intention to increase fees;

      Set May 22, 2000, as the date for a public hearing on proposed rate changes; and

      Adopt the two proposed fee decreases by approving Ordinance No. 9377.
