A. FINANCE: CONTINGENCY FUND TRANSFER TO PIMA COUNCIL ON AGING

    (1) Report from City Manager MAY6-02-245 CITY-WIDE

    (2) Resolution No. 19194 relating to finance; approving and authorizing the transfer of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500) from the contingency fund to organization 001-183-1838-268, for Pima Council on Aging; and declaring an emergency.

This is a request by Vice Mayor West. Allocation of funds is as follows: Mayor Walkup: $500; Vice Mayor West: $500, and Council Member Scott: $500.

B. INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT: WITH PIMA COUNTY AND MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE UNITED WAY AND THE PIMA ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENTS FOR LOCAL SUPPLEMENTAL FUNDS FOR THE FY 2002 TITLE XX SOCIAL SERVICES BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM

    (2) Resolution No. 19198 relating to intergovernmental agreements; approving and authorizing execution of an amendment to the intergovernmental agreement with Pima County and Memorandum of Understanding with the United Way and Pima Association of Governments for local supplemental funds for the Fiscal Year 2002 Title XX Social Services Block Grant Program; and declaring an emergency.

C. FINAL PLAT: (S01-027) 34TH STREET SUBDIVISION, LOTS 1 - 6

D. ASSURANCE AGREEMENT: (S01-026) LA PLAYA CALIENTE OFFICES SUBDIVISION, LOTS 1-18 AND COMMON AREAS "A" AND "B"

    (2) Resolution No. 19196 relating to planning: authorizing the Mayor to execute an assurance agreement securing the completion of improvements required in connection with the approval of a final plat for the La Playa Caliente Offices Subdivision, Lots 1 to 18 and Common Areas "A" and "B"; and declaring an emergency.

G. MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT: BETWEEN THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, THE STATE OF ARIZONA, AND THE CITY OF TUCSON FOR THE TUCSON, ARIZONA EMPOWERMENT ZONE

    (2) Resolution No. 19197 relating to economic development; authorizing and approving the execution of a Memorandum of Agreement between the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the State of Arizona, and the City of Tucson, for the reaffirmation of the designation of the Tucson, Arizona, Empowerment Zone; and declaring an emergency.

H. TRANSPORTATION: AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF GRANT APPLICATIONS WITH THE FEDERAL TRANSIT ADMINISTRATION

    (2) Resolution No. 19195 relating to transportation; authorizing the filing of applications with the Federal Transit Administration, an operating administration of the United States Department of Transportation, for Federal transportation assistance authorized by 49 U.S.C. I. PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT: BILBY ROAD, DEL MORAL BOULEVARD TO COUNTRY CLUB ROAD DISTRICT PAVING IMPROVEMENT

    (2) Resolution No. 19192. Resolution fixing the time when the Mayor and Council of the City of Tucson will hear and pass upon the assessments and proceedings theretofore had and taken for the improvement known as the "Bilby Road, Del Moral Boulevard to Country Club Road District Paving Improvement," in the City of Tucson, Arizona.

J. INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT: AMENDMENT WITH NORTHWEST FIRE DISTRICT TO INCLUDE PICTURE ROCKS AND THREE POINTS FIRE DISTRICTS

    (2) Resolution No. 19193 relating to intergovernmental agreements; approving and authorizing the amendment to the intergovernmental agreement with the Northwest Fire District to include Picture Rocks and Three Points Fire Districts; and declaring an emergency.
