APPLICATION IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Effective October 1, 2008, ARS § 41-1080
requires that certain forms of identification be presented when applying for
a Business License with the City of Tucson. They are listed at this

The City staff will conduct two open houses the first
month of each quarter. The
Arizona Department of Revenue (ADOR) offers Workshops in Tucson each month.
The City of Tucson is available for questions at the ADOR Small
Business Workshop the first month of each quarter.

INFORMATION
ON COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICTS
CFDs are an important tool for municipalities
to support beneficial growth and development through the financing of public
infrastructure. The Arizona Community Facilities District Act approved in 1988
provides for the establishment of CFDs by Arizona cities and towns. A CFD is a
special purpose improvement district within the boundaries of the city or town
and is a separate political subdivision typically governed by the Mayor and
Council.
