	City of Tucson Police Officers and Firefighters participate in the Arizona Public Safety Personnel Retirement System and Elected Officials at the City of Tucson are in the Elected Officials Retirement Plan. Complete information on these pension plans can be found at http://www.psprs.com.
	City of Tucson employees have two ways to assist them with planning for their retirement years. One is the mandatory City of Tucson Supplemental Retirement System (TSRS) and the other is the voluntary Deferred Compensation Plan.
