During December 2005 and January 2006, a series of financial sustainability presentations
were made to Mayor and Council. The series began with an overview that included the
planning model and calendar. Subsequent presentations centered on the primary services
that are the focus of the plan: street maintenance, public safety, and parks
and recreation programs and services.
The series culminated with a ten-year vision report detailing the plan and a plan summary released on April 18, 2006.
