1. Introductions - Bryn Enright COT Water chaired the meeting and introductions were made. Attendees provided some information on their current projects. 2. The City purchased the 2008 ESRI User Conference Proceedings on DVD. City staff will be able to view the proceedings at their leisure on an intranet site. City DOT will host the intranet site and the address will be available once an index page has been created. In addition to the website, the co-op will host viewings of the technical workshops followed by a group discussion. It is believed that this format will help to facilitate the learning process and users can share some of their experiences. These workshops will be open to all co-op members, public and private (On 10/22, Bryn Enright confirmed with ESRI account rep, Colleen Burke, that this would be acceptable and not violate the enterprise-license agreement) The attendees at today’s meeting agreed that the workshops should be held on a day separate from the regularly scheduled co-op meetings. It was agreed to hold the first workshop on a Thursday at 12:30 (specific date and location TBD). Attendees are welcome to bring their own lunch. Co-op members are encouraged to send Bryn Enright a “wish-list” for their top 3 most desired workshops. Bryn will compile the list and coordinate the workshop seminars. Please send your lists to Bryn (Bryn.Enright@tucsonaz.gov) no later than Friday October 31st. 3. Open Floor a.
