Tucson Housing Rehabilitation Collaborative
Tucson Housing Rehabilitation Collaborative (HRC)
This dynamic, nine-agency organization has been in existence since 1999, providing home renovations and adaptations to low- and moderate-income homeowners residing within the city limits of Tucson. Common repairs include the correction of health and safety hazards and accessibility improvements - see attached 'Matrix of Rehab Services' for further details. While funding sources range from Federal and state to local and private entities, the majority is delivered via Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs, and there are income and other eligibility restrictions specific to each funding source. The attached Housing Rehabilitation brochure provides further information on types of assistance available.
