Volume II – Adopted Biennial Budget Detail (pdf)

This volume provides department level detail on expenditure budgets, including mission statements, overviews, performance measures, and financial and personnel resources and sources of funding.

Volume IIA – Adopted Biennial Budget Appendices A & B (pdf)

Appendix A contains detail on each department’s position resources. Appendix B contains each department’s expenditure detail by division and unit.

Volume III -Approved Five Year Capital Improvement Program Fiscal Years 2009 through 2013 (pdf)

This volume contains the capital improvement program, which includes funding summaries by department and a description of each project, its schedule and its sources of funding.
