New Cable TV License for Cox!

On May 1, 2007, the Mayor and Council approved a renewed license agreement negotiated between Cox and the City for Cox Communications to provide cable TV services within the city of Tucson.  In addition, a Settlement Agreement was approved in which Cox will pay the City of Tucson a total amount of $200,000 which will release Cox from all past underpaid amounts that the City discovered as a result of a financial audit.  A summary of what is contained in the new license agreement can be found by clicking on the "Mayor and Council Communication" link below.  This is followed by the actual license agreement called "2007 Cox Cable TV License" and the "Settlement Agreement."
