A 24-hour automatic answering machine provides citizens with a convenient way to leave comments and suggestions to the Mayor and Council. Citizens may call and leave their name, address, and phone number for a response. Citizens may also send an e-mail to the Mayor and Council through the above web page. All comments and suggestions are distributed to the Mayor and Council and appropriate City departments.
