Committee Members

The City Manager, in consultation with the Office of Conservation & Sustainable Development, nominates qualified persons for consideration and appointment by the Mayor & Council.

Principal and Alternate Members are assigned for each seat on the CCC. Alternate Members only count toward the quorum requirement (7 members) and vote on matters if the Principal Member holding a given seat is absent or must leave early. However, they can attend and participate in discussions, at the discretion of the Co-Chairs.

Members represent a balanced range of interests including non-profit, academic and private sectors and have a professional affiliation with, or expertise in, one or more of the following areas:
