Habitat Conservation Plan Advisory Committees

Technical Advisory Committee (TAC)                               

The ad-hoc Technical Advisory Committee was formed in 2004 and currently consists of seven members who attend regular meetings and provide guidance to the City of Tucson in the development of the HCP. As of 2011, members include:

Mr. Dennis Abbate — Arizona Game and Fish Department, Research Branch

Ms. Marit Alanen — U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service

Mr. Rich Glinski — Arizona Game and Fish Department (retired)

Mr. Trevor Hare — Coalition for Sonoran Desert Protection

Mr. Kendall Kroesen — Tucson Audubon Society

Ms. Asia Philbin — Tucson Water

Mr. Scott Richardson — U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service

Mr. Phil Rosen — University of Arizona

Mr. Linwood Smith — EPG, Inc.

Members of the public are welcome to attend. An RSVP is not required, but is helpful in knowing how many copies of materials will be needed. Please contact Jamie Brown (837-6934 or if you plan to attend a meeting. This way, if the meeting date or time change, you'll be notified.

Resource Planning Advisory Committee (RPAC)

The Resource Planning Advisory Committee is an official advisory committee to the City of Tucson’s Mayor and Council. It replaced the Stakeholder Advisory Committee (SAC), which, like the Technical Advisory Committee, formed in 2004.
