PARKS AND RECREATION SUMMER PROGRAM GUIDE AVAILABLE APRIL 14
There are a lot of exciting things to do this summer, and you can find them listed in Tucson Parks and Recreation’s free Summer 2008 Program Guide & Class Catalog, coming April 14.
The summer edition will be available for pick up at all Parks and Recreation Department facilities, including district offices and centers, and for a limited time at Fry’s, Albertson’s, Blockbuster, Super K-Mart, CVS, 7-Eleven and Balley Total Fitness.
The issue will also be available for viewing on-line Friday, April 11 at www.tucsonaz.gov/parksandrec.
The Program Guide contains complete information on leisure camps, swim lessons, leisure classes, KIDCO, pools, sports programs and registration. Summer classes, camps and KIDCO begin May 27.
In addition, the 72-page booklet contains valuable information on other programs and services, including the Department’s 21 recreation and special needs centers, Reid Park Zoo, 5 Tucson City Golf Courses and 27 pool locations.
Using the EZEE Registration system, either on-line at www.ezeereg.com or by phone at 573-3933, is recommended, since summer offerings fill up quickly. City residents can begin registering at 6 a.m. for summer camps on Friday, April 18; summer KIDCO Saturday, April 19; and leisure classes and children’s swim lessons Sunday, April 20. Non-City residents may register for all offerings beginning Wednesday, April 23 at 6 a.m.
For complete registration, camp or leisure class information contact Registration Services at 791-4877. |
