Parks and Recreation Department Calendar – February 2010

OF SPECIAL NOTE:

New fees have gone into effect at Parks and Recreation for sports leagues, aquatics, KIDCO, Reid Park Zoo, ramada rentals, permits, use of Reid Park’s DeMeester Outdoor Performance Center and teen and therapeutic programs, and the discount program for leisure classes has been discontinued. A complete listing of new fees will be available soon.

Hi Corbett Field hosts Colorado Rockies 2010 Spring Training starting March 6 and continuing until March 31, featuring 14 games. Take the family out to the ball game. Free game day parking. Call 327-WINS.

City of Tucson lifeguard screenings will be held March 6, April 3 and May 1 at 9 a.m. at Catalina High School Pool, 2005 N. Dodge Blvd. Bring current Lifeguard Certificate and W.S.I., First Aid, American Red Cross BLS/CPR certificates, swimsuit and towel. Contact 791-4245.
