What do you need?

I need Pension INFO or tax DOCs

  • It's the end of the year and I WANT A COPY OF MY pension paystub and my tax form 1099-R

    To obtain copies of paystubs, including deduction information, please contact the paying agent. BNY Mellon is the paying agent, and we have arranged for a phone line to be used for City of Tucson retiree requests: 1-800-418-0273. The City of Tucson no longer makes these payments directly, and so we do not have any paystubs. The current 1099-R tax documents will be mailed out January 31, 2024.

  • I need to ESTIMATE MY PENSION income
    To find out when you can retire and how much your pension will be, please use this  Online Pension Estimator.
  • I need to verify or change my BENEFICIARIES
    To ensure the correct person inherits your account, please contact our office by using this email.
  • I need copies of old TAX FORMS
    To obtain copies of old tax forms, please contact our office by using this email. Don't forget to include the dates of the relevant period in your email.
  • I want to find out more about the BOARDS' MEETINGS
    To find information about board meetings (TSRS/Deferred Compensation), please access the City's Boards, Committees & Commissions webpage.
  • I need PERSONAL ASSISTANCE

I need to MAKE A CHANGE to my retirement plan

  • I need to change my PERSONAL INFO
    If you need to update your address, bank account, or taxes, please contact us by email and we will provide you some instructions about doing so in a right and secure way.
  • I need to update my INSURANCE
    To make changes to your insurance, please log in to your Workday account by following this linkIf you have any further questions, contact us via email.

I need to report a LIFE CHANGING EVENT

  • I got a DIVORCE
    In case of divorce, please contact as by email, to provide the necessary information and documentation.
  • I QUIT WORKING for City of Tucson
    To get explanations and guidance regarding your pension money, in case of leaving your City of Tucson job, please contact as by email and we will provide you the information you need.
  • I have become permanently and totally DISABLED
    In case of a disability event, please contact us by email and we will guide you and help you to make the necessary arraignments.
  • I need to report a DEATH in my family
    To report a death in your family, please fill this online form and we will be in touch with you shortly.
