Río Nuevo and several private sector developers are currently collaborating on many exciting projects - from new residential developments to parking facilities, street improvements and much more. Downtown’s most anticipated public attractions - the Civic and Cultural Plazas, University of Arizona Science Center, Tucson Origins Heritage Park, and a proposed new area – are also in the planning stages and will get underway soon.
