As Río Nuevo helps transform Downtown Tucson into
the Heart of the City, more and more people are
choosing to make it their home. With so many emerging
cultural and entertainment attractions, restaurants,
shops and businesses, the City center offers an exciting
urban lifestyle that can’t be found anywhere else.
More than a dozen residential projects are planned or
underway Downtown, representing a total investment
of $250 million. Together they'll create approximately
1,200 new Downtown housing units to meet every style
and budget, from luxury lofts and townhomes to single
family residences and apartments.
