Pennington Street Garage is Open

The much-anticipated Pennington Street Garage is open for business at the corner of Sixth Avenue and Pennington Street. The new facility brings 750 convenient parking spaces to the east end of Downtown, along with 12,000 square feet of ground floor office and restaurant space. The garage’s art deco design and desert-inspired colors are a great enhancement to the area’s architecture. Inside the garage, a photovoltaic system converts sunlight into electricity to light the parking garage at night, and it’s also outfitted with state-of-the-art access and revenue control technologies for quick entry and exit by motorists.
