All rights reserved.   Landfill & Waste Transfer Stations City of Tucson Los Reales Landfill, 5300 E. Los Reales Rd. 791-5151 Located at Swan Rd. and Los Reales Rd., one mile south of Valencia Rd. Open 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. As of January 2009, Los Reales Landfill is closed on Sundays. Closed on July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day holidays; open regular hours on other holidays. Pima County Landfill and Transfer Stations Pima County Department of Environmental Quality, Solid Waste Division, 740-3340. Hours and materials accepted vary by location; please call for more information. Ajo Landfill, on Well Rd. 1/2 mile NE of Ajo, AZ Catalina Transfer Station, 14425 N. Oracle Rd. 3 miles north of Tangerine Rd. * Note: This location does not accept green yard waste Ina Road Collection Site (accepts used tires and green waste only) Ryan Field Transfer Station, 6455 S. Continental Rd. (north of Hwy 86, near mile post 159) Sahuarita Landfill, 16605 S. La Cañada Dr. south of Helmet Peak/Sahuarita Rd., west of I-19. Tangerine Landfill, 10220 W. Tangerine Rd. one mile west of I-10 Private landfills Accept inert fill materials such as clean dirt, rocks, concrete, and asphalt. No household garbage, tires or hazardous materials are accepted at private landfills. The Fairfax Companies, LLC Drexel Road Landfill, 11330 E. Drexel Rd. 298-7128 Ina Road Landfill, 5300 W. Ina Rd. 744-7826 Speedway Recycling & Landfill Facility, 7301 E. Speedway Blvd. 290-8588 The Speedway site also accepts clean "green waste" yard debris and other materials for reuse and recycling.
