In emergencies, parents can leave their name and seat location with Administration Office/Guest Service Office before attending an event. The doors will open to the public one-hour before the event performance time. Visitors are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of an event. Most events do not allow baby carriages or child stollers in facilities. Carriages and stollers can be checked-in at designated Administration/Guest Services Offices.
