Thanksgiving Day to January 2
Due to the ever-increasing traffic volume on many of the City's roads, it is necessary to restrict lane closures on certain roads during the holiday season. These restrictions will be in place from Thanksgiving to one day after New Years. Please see the Holiday Street Restrictions for a list of locations.
The Modern Street Car project is fast approaching. There is utility work that will be occurring along and around the alignment beginning November 2011. This work will prevent other activities from occurring along many popular streets. For those planning an event, organizers will need to review routes and staging locations to ensure that there will be no conflicts with construction activities. Contact Traffic Engineering 791-4259 for any assistance with planning activities in these areas. Please review the Modern Streetcar Construction Update Memorandum
for more information and a list of streets impacted.
