The workshops are scheduled for the following dates:
- January 28: Kick-Off Event (9-12 p.m.)
- February 4: Move It to Lose It!
- March 4: Simply Healthy Eating
- April 1: What’s Your Relationship with Food? and The Body Image & Self Esteem Connection
- April 29: Social Support=Success!
All Saturday workshops are held from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., in Duval Auditorium of University Medical Center (NW corner of Speedway and Campbell). There will be free parking.
