Phase II of the William Clements Center is a recreation facility that will house an indoor basketball/volleyball court, a weight room, an aerobics room and a walking track.  The 26,000 square foot project will be located east of the existing Clements Neighborhood Center and west of the adjacent wash.

The design of the two story facility will complement the existing buildings on the site and will celebrate the activities taking place within.  Construction is expected to begin in early 2004 with initial site work beginning before the end of this year. The project is scheduled to be complete in spring of 2005.
