
| Councilmember Trasoff awarded Youth Enrichment & Employment funds to the Sonoran Glass Art Academy for a unique partnership with Tucson High. Sixteen students are enrolled per semester. Students learn the art of glass blowing in the hotshop with molten-furnace glass-making and work in the flameshop, using torches to create art out of "hard" glass. |
