Tucson Water Customer Service offers account information and service requests after-hours and on weekends using our Automated System in both English and Spanish. If you have your account number available, you can use our system to check your account balance, provide the due date for your current bill, and verify the date and amount of your last payment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Outside our normal working hours of 7am-6pm, Monday through Friday, you can use our automated system to start or stop service for residential or commercial accounts. Just call our Customer Service number and follow the recorded instructions. Tucson Water offers next business day service to start or stop service from the date the request is processed.
In addition, if you have any questions or concerns, you can use this system to leave a message for a Customer Service professional. We will return your call the following business day.
