Clearwater

The Clearwater Renewable Resource Facility has been called the largest and most critical construction project Tucson has seen in more than a decade. Clearwater was built by Tucson Water in Avra Valley, west of the City. It supplies a major portion of Tucson’s future water supply, allowing us to reduce groundwater pumping in the central city.
