Low Income Assistance Program
Tucson Water has teamed up with Pima County’s Community Action Agency (PCCAA) to offer bill payment assistance to our low-income customers. Under the program, customers meeting income/family size criteria will be eligible for water bill payment twice during the City Fiscal Year, which runs from July 1 through June 30. Additionally, those who rent from a Tucson Water customer (such as residents of apartment complexes served by Tucson Water) will be eligible for participation if their landlord bills them separately for water.
