RESPONSIBLE PLEA

Pay Fine in Full

  • Mail Payment - Locate the "Code Number" on your citation and "Amount". Enclose your payment by personal check, money order, cashiers check or credit card and mail to, Tucson City Court, PO Box 27210, Tucson AZ 85726-7210 -- DO NOT SEND CASH
  • Phone Payment - Call (520)791-4216, Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We accept the following credit cards, VISA, MasterCard or Discover
  • In-Person - Tucson City Court

Payment must be received on or before the "Delinquent Date" displayed on your parking citation (Saturday, Sunday and legal holidays excluded). If Court does not receive your payment in full by "Delinquent Date" a Default Fee of $50 per violation and a Time Payment fee of $20.00 will be assessed.

BOOTING ELIGIBLE CITATIONS - Three or more outstanding citations will result in vehicle being booted or impounded. All assessment of additional fees will be included. DO NOT IGNORE PARKING CITATIONS

Request a Hearing Before a Judge

  • Your request must be submitted to the court to schedule a hearing before a judge
  • Fill-out your "Parking Violation Notice" with your "NAME, ADDRESS, CITY, STATE, ZIP" and "SIGNATURE"; check "OPTION 2 - HEARING REQUEST"
  • You will receive notification of the date and time of your hearing by mail
  • Failure to appear at your hearing will result in a default judgment and additional fees will be assessed
