Wait List Applicants
Effective January 1, 2014 we no longer give out waiting list positions.
Applicants on our waiting list must keep their application information current. Changes to your mailing address, email address, phone numbers, or family composition must be made through the Applicant Portal. Enter your username and password in the box for "Returning Visitor" to login to your account. It is most important to keep your mailing address up to date and will make it easy for us to contact you. If we cannot contact you via postal mail, we will assume you no longer need the assistance and will remove your name from the waiting list.
If the portal is down and cannot be reached, please contact the Wait List Coordinator at (520) 791-4616 to report the issue. If you do reach the portal but don't remember your username or password, please send an email containing your full name and only the last four (4) digits of your social security number and a description of the problem you are having to HCDHousing@tucsonaz.gov and you will receive instructions on how to gain access to your account.
