Kids under the age of 17 can swim for free at most City of Tucson pools. Seventeen of 18 City pools are part of the pilot program, but a fee still will be charged at the Edith Ball Adaptive Recreation Center pool.
Fees at Edith Ball are $2 for adults (18 and over) and $1 for youth (17 and under).
In addition, kids can also use many recreation centers for free over the summer. For a complete list, please visit the Tucson Parks and Recreation website.
Free admission to pools and recreation centers will be in effect until Aug. 2.
